very happy with this purchase. the bench is great for leg lifts. the adjustmentable bench is smooth. there are pads the seem to interfer with the preacher curl platform so study the photo of the bench to see if that is going to bother you. Over all I am very happy with this purchase. assemble was average, take your time.

Very nice bench. This went together very easily by myself. Not many parts to put it together as it’s mostly connected when it is delivered. It feels solid and is still a very manageable weight to move around for storage or different placement by just about anyone. The bench raises and lowers extremely easy to multiple levels. It should be good for all of the exercises that it shows listed. I will update after I have used this product for a while. One thing I will mention is that for a sit up bench, I would not recommend it for anyone taller than myself and I am 5‘9“. When you sit back with your legs in the sit up position, my butt sits directly over the crack between the upper and lowerseat cushions. Very uncomfortable. I think a pool noodle or something similar might solve the problem, but if that is the only issue after I have used this successfully for a while, then I won’t be too disappointed. One other note regarding assembly: when you look at the diagram for the bolts, do not panic when you look at what was included. It does not show the correct number on the diagram for what you actually need to put this together. I almost didn’t assemble it because of that but I wanted to see where the parts were missing and there were none missing.

Easy to assemble, very sturdy, great product!

Easy to put together. I have used it at least twice a week for nearly a year. It's adjustable and sturdy, still holding up. Would recommend.

Bench is both sturdy and stable. Very easy to assemble with quick adjustment. I love the way it folds flat enough to tuck away when not in use. Overall, this bench has firm padding, is structurally sound, and is quite versatile.

Just okay overall.
The machining of the component parts of the bench was okay but not great. The very last bolt wouldn't fit through the hole in the bench because the hole wasn't formed properly, so then I was faced with the decision of whether to keep the bench and use it not quite fully assembled or take it all apart to return it. Some of the other pieces had to be tried several times to get them to fit properly.
Once assembled, the bench felt surprisingly unsteady. Placing it on top of some gym pads helped, but it's not steady at all when sitting on our garage floor.
I've had the bench for less than a year. Use it about twice a week. The seat is already showing signs of wear along the seams, much more than I would have expected at this point.
I do like that the bench can be configured relatively easily, with the exception of the arm pad, which is mostly extraneous for me, so possibly I'll just leave it off in the future.
If I were doing it over, I'd probably opt to go with a different brand of weight bench.
