How to solve the problem that the collar does not charge?

1. Wipe the receiver’s magnetic charging interface with a rag, to avoid dirt from blocking

2. Avoid any contact with other metal things while charging with the original cable

3. Replace an adapter to check if the problem is with the power adapter

What should be checked if the collar does not work?

1. Check if the collar and remote are paired.

2. The wrong channel was switched, not the one you originally matched.(Default Channel is Dog 1 Channel)

3. Check the remote and the collar are turned on.

How to adjust the straps to fit your dog?

Upgraded two-way adjustable straps to fit your dog better, just slide the buckle to adjust the length.

If you have to cut some part of the strap off, please do immediately singe the collar end with a lighter to avoid fraying

How to verify shock function？

1.Skin contact is crucial for shock. Ensure metal prongs touch the dog’s skin directly(adjust collar to fit snugly, leaving 1~2 thumb gap)

2.For long/thick fur, use longer contact points to reach the skin

3.Test with tool: Light on = shock works
