    Exactly as described. This is not fancy, it’s a cheap but effective layer to protect from hardwood. I think if you want a thin mat, this is great and there probably is not much difference between this and something the same thickness. It’s soft but grippy, but there is not much cushion. It is durable for yoga and workouts and does not slip. It is very thin.

The texture is weird too, it feels like there is some petroleum slathered on it right out of the package (it also smells strongly of rubber chemicals as well which is also a minus). The strap is cool though.
