The squeeze ball works well once blown up. I'm in love with the workout plan at least I have a guide as to how I should be using the Pilates kit on a daily basis. The kit is a steal for the price. I looked at other sites and other areas and they want you to join a program in order to get the kit which is like a hundred and something dollars. And just a little bit of time that I received the product I feel like the one workout that I tried I feel like if I keep up with it that it's going to be very effective.
