I like this Ab Roller; it is quite impressive, offering a solution for home workout, complete with a kit that is easy to assemble, clear instructions and a printed workout program and calendar. The ab roller is sturdy, made of strong material and glides effortlessly in the floor and carpet as well. The pushup handles are also well made, supports my weight (156lbs/5’10) and helps you exercise not just your core muscle but shoulders, back and legs. The resistance band is strong and elastic to allow you to start on your knees and “graduate” to your feet. I tried it to work on my core muscles but was happily surprised to find out that it can much more. Very satisfied with this product. Both my husband and I can take turn using it! If you made some New Year resolutions and are low on cash and time to join a gym, I would recommend this ab roller. With proper diet, I see you reach your weight and look goals. Now 35% off!
As far as ab Wheels go, the knee pads and stretch cord attachment really did work! This one I recommend. I am just getting back into using ab Wheels, this one is worth trying out
Well built and easy to use roller wheel. It is nice to be able to disassemble the unit for easy transport to and from the gym. The wheels roll smoothly and I like the extra knee pad and strap. Great product.
